This meditation lovingly guides you into your inner depths. You travel through your emotional fields with the help of dolphins and reappear freed with a light heart. It is not about "enduring and mastering" of something inside of you or even "forcing" a change. You will dive through your emotional fields with the help of the loving dolphins that surround and support you. You will notice the repressed emotions, feel them and allow them to be there without having the need to evaluate or identify them. You accept everything that is within you and thereby dissolve the old accumulated stuck energies and hindering emotions within you.
